Horse Amigurumi Crochet Pattern — Lucky

Lucky is a caramel-brown horse with a shaggy dark chocolate mane looped over his crown, a cream muzzle, a dark stripe at the shoulders and integrated dark hooves at the base. There is a little gold horseshoe he can hold between his hooves. The looped mane is the charm of him — surprisingly simple, and full of character 🧶

He is beginner-friendly and low-sew. The head and body are worked top-down as one continuous piece, the arms are crochet-joined during a single body round, and the bottom rounds change to dark brown so the hooves are built right in rather than added on. Best of all, the mane and tail are chain-loop appliqué worked directly into the finished body — no separate pieces to make or attach. Only three pieces are sewn: the muzzle and the two ears.
