Halloween Cat Crochet Pattern – Sable, Rusty & Webster

Meet Sable, Rusty and Webster — three little Halloween cats made to sit together on a shelf. Sable is charcoal grey, with a cream ribcage stitched across her chest and a dusty lavender witch hat. They look intricate, but they are gentler than they seem. You need a magic ring, single crochet, increase, invisible decrease, back loop only, slip stitch and simple straight-stitch embroidery — nothing is worked in rows, and there are no colour changes mid-round.

The head and body grow from one continuous top-down spiral, and the tail is crochet-joined straight into the body as you work, so the only pieces you sew on are the ears and the hat.
