Halloween Crochet Pattern – Mini Ghost Squad

Seven small ivory ghosts with soft scalloped hems that ripple out at the base, tiny outstretched arms, and a different face on each one — a classic smile, a wink, sleepy lashes, a surprised little O. Sage wears a scarf, Poppy a bow, Luna a lilac witch hat, Clemmie a peach pumpkin, Fleur a flower crown, Duke a beige crown, and Ollie comes just as he is ✨

The body itself is beginner work. Only two steps ask for care — the scallop hem and the crochet-joined arms — and both are written out stitch by stitch, with the exact stitch numbers to count to.

Each ghost is one continuous top-down piece, R1 to R16, on a 4.0 mm hook in chenille bulky. The arms are locked on mid-round with no sewing at all, and the hem is worked afterwards into a freed ring of front loops. That leaves only the accessory to attach — no more than two small pieces, and none for Ollie. Accessories are worked finer, in DK cotton on a 3.0 mm hook.
