Crochet Cow Pattern – Daisy Amigurumi Plush

Meet Daisy — a plump little cow in soft white chenille, with black patches scattered across her body, a puffy pink muzzle, tan horns and small black ears. A white daisy with a golden centre sits on her chest. She stands about 14 cm (5.5 in) tall and 9–10 cm (3.5–4 in) wide, worked in velvet chenille bulky yarn on a 4.0 mm hook.

Her stitches are simple. Single crochet, invisible increases and invisible decreases carry almost the whole make, and every round is written out with the stitch count at the end. The notes talk you through working with slippery chenille — tighter tension, hook fully through both loops, marker always in place.

Her body is one continuous piece from the base up, with the head dome built right in and both legs crocheted together into the body — no separate head to attach. Everything else is made small and sewn on: the muzzle, two ears, two horns, two arms, the tail, the daisy and seven black patches.
